Training Assistant

We are recruiting a Training Assistant

To deliver appropriate training to adults of various ages and abilities in English, Math, ICT and Life Skills using a person-centred approach under the supervision of the Training Supervisor. Because of the nature of the job the post holder will be required to have an enhanced DBS certificate.  This will be arranged by Find a Voice.

Working Hours & Salary

25 Hours per week Monday – Thursday as set and required by the Training Coordinator.
Salary level dependant on age from £8.20 to £8.72 per hour with a review following the 3-month probationary period.

Trustees

Find a Voice is looking to appoint additional Trustees who can help the organisation continue with its charitable work in the community.

In addition to the above statutory duties, each trustee should use any specific skills, knowledge or experience they have to help the board of trustees reach sound decisions.  This may involve scrutinising board papers; leading discussions focusing on key issues; providing guidance on new initiatives plus other issues in which the trustee has special expertise

A trustee is required to act reasonably and prudently in all matters relating to the charity and must always bear the interests of Find A Voice in mind.
