Find A Voice provides a service where communication equipment can be loaned free of charge. Our service is used by parents, teachers, speech and language therapists and various other professionals. We have an extensive mobile resource library which enables us to demonstrate our equipment at schools and hospitals, as well as during home visits.

Communication Aids

Voice output communication aids (VOCAs) work by the user pressing buttons to produce a message. We have a good selection of simple VOCAs such as Big Mack, Step-by-Step and GoTalk. We also have iPads with software such as Proloquo2go and other software to assist communication. Borrow a device from us for a trial or assessment. We can also help you with the overlays and recording of messages.  We also have Makaton Resources available.

Big Mack - various colours

Pocket Go Talk


Pocket Go Talk is a wearable AAC device. With the Pocket Go
Talk you can record up to 25 messages, which are easily
accessed through five buttons. Each message has 12 seconds
of recording time.

Talking Tins have been designed to help people who are visually impaired to identify the contents of their tinned food. This product comes in the form of a magnetic cap that sits on top of any sized steel tin. The cap allows you to record a voice message, which can then be played back at any time with the touch of a button.
